These terms apply to use of this website only. They do not create a contract for works and do not modify any contract already in place. An obligation to carry out work arises from an accepted quotation and a signed contract, never from a page here.
Information published here
We take care that the registration details and scope described here are accurate at the time of publication. The commercial registration, licence and chamber membership numbers can be verified with the bodies that issued them, and we encourage that. Where anything here conflicts with an official document, the official document governs.
Prices and offers
This site carries no prices, and nothing on it is a binding offer. Prices are given in writing against a defined scope after it has been reviewed, and hold for the period stated in the quotation itself.
Photographs
The photographs here are real site photographs taken in the Sultanate of Oman, owned by the company or published with permission. As the gallery page states, several come from Syed Ihtisham’s earlier work as a Site Engineer and are not company contracts. They are not to be reused without written permission.
