We review the scope and execution requirements, and ask about anything unclear before pricing rather than after.
Commercial response
A detailed quotation with clear line items, stating plainly what is excluded.
Mobilisation
Method statement, risk assessment, induction, manpower and plant — before anyone reaches site.
Execution
Daily supervision and stage inspection against the approved drawing.
Handover
Inspection records and as-built drawings, with the defects liability period honoured in writing.
