What we do
Six trades, one standard of delivery
We work as subcontractor or direct contractor on small and medium packages — the size of contract where fast mobilisation and direct involvement from the principal make the real difference.
- 01 Riprap & slope protection Mortared, gabion and loose riprap for slope stabilisation, erosion control and drainage protection.
- 02 Road safety & rigid pavements Guardrail systems and rigid concrete pavements installed to specification and set out on line and level.
- 03 Interlock & kerbstone works Interlock paving and kerbstone installation for walkways, parking areas, medians and pedestrian routes.
- 04 House connections & utilities Water and sewerage house connections, taken from excavation through to testing and full reinstatement.
- 05 Manpower supply & workforce management Legally compliant, site-ready trade teams mobilised to suit the scope, location and programme.
- 06 Site engineering & supervision Setting out, inspection and technical coordination, so the work is right before it is covered up.
From the field
The work we do, as it actually looks
There is no stock photography on this site. Every image here is from a real working site in Oman.
Four commitments we expect to be held to
01
Compliance first
A current commercial registration, licences in order, and documentation issued in the format tender committees expect — not assembled at the last minute.
02
Health, safety & environment
Method statement and risk assessment before mobilisation, with PPE and site controls enforced for the duration of the works.
03
Quality assurance
Inspection and test plans, material submittals, and stage-by-stage sign-off against the approved drawings.
04
In-Country Value
Omani employment, local suppliers, and locally awarded subcontract packages wherever the specification allows.
Ready for the tender file
The documents an award committee asks for — available on request
A tender file rarely fails on price. It fails on a missing attachment. We keep the prequalification pack complete and ready to send the same day.
- Commercial registration certificate, digitally certified by the Oman Business Platform
- Authorised signatory details, with full and unlimited signing authority
- Registered business sector: building and construction contracting
- Company profile and capability statement
- HSE policy, method statements and risk assessments
- Bank reference and letter of good standing on request
Where this work happens
Our trades belong to roads and infrastructure. These are the sectors where those packages are let.
Who we work for
How work reaches us
The company is newly registered and does not yet have a completed contract record under its own name. We would rather set out how we work, and with whom, than list names we have not yet earned.
Main contractors
Subcontract packages for riprap, guardrail, paving and connection works, with manpower ready to mobilise at short notice.
Project owners & consultants
Direct works within a defined scope, delivered with an orderly handover file and inspection records that stand up to audit.
Manpower requirements
Foremen, tradesmen, drivers and support labour supplied under compliant terms, meeting Omani labour and safety requirements.
Prior experience of the CEO
Syed Ihtisham worked as a Site Engineer on projects including mortared riprap at Al-Jarda and the Al-Kamil to Sur Expressway. That is prior individual experience, not company contracts, and it is stated here as such. Company projects will be listed here as they are completed.
