Home In-Country Value

Built in Oman. Working for Oman.

Where the money goes, who does the work, and what is not yet certified.

Omani employment

We operate in accordance with the Omanisation requirements applicable to our activity, and prioritise hiring from the wilayats where the work is, rather than moving labour across the country.

Local procurement

Stone, aggregate, concrete and protection materials are bought from Omani suppliers close to the site — which is better for cost and programme at the same time.

Skills development

New workers learn the trade on site under a foreman, not by watching. Stone pitching and formwork are skills built by guided practice.

What we commit to

  • Employment documented under Omani labour requirements
  • No brokers, and no recruitment fee charged to any worker
  • Wages paid through the Wage Protection System
  • Omani suppliers and subcontractors used where the work allows
  • Materials sourced near the site rather than imported by default
  • Local hiring from the wilayat where the works are located

What we cannot yet evidence

  • No ICV certificate has been obtained
  • No audited ICV percentage exists to quote
  • No completed contract yet to measure local spend against
  • Workforce nationality split will be reported per contract, once there are contracts

Why there is no percentage on this page

ICV percentages are audited against actual spend on actual contracts. The company was registered in August 2026 and has no completed contract to measure yet, so any figure here would be an estimate rather than an audited result. When the certificate is obtained and there are contracts behind it, the number will be published with its source.
