How this work is run
While the work runs
Daily supervision, stage inspection against the drawings, and site controls enforced whether or not the client’s representative attends.
At handover
Inspection and test records, as-built drawings, and the defects liability period honoured in writing.

We take any of these as a main contract or a subcontract package.
